Claire got a play house for her birthday from Papa. The girls have been having lots of fun in it.

Claire had a great birthday with lots of cake eating and presents. We bought a raspberry cake from a bakery here in town. It was yummy. Claire had her own little cake to destroy. She had lots of fun getting all gooey.

Claire became a 1 year old Wednesday of last week. We had cupcakes at lunch and then waited till Saturday to have the real cake eating.

We have been under the weather for the past week. The girls have had colds and have given them to me and Jerry. We are all doing better. I took a couple of sweet pictures of Claire this weekend sleeping and waking up. She has some wild hair right now. It stands pretty much straight up in the back and on the sides.

Gymnastics

Morgan started last month taking a gymnastics class. It has been good to get her out and around other children. She is not only learning some gymnastics skills, but she is also learning how to listen, follow instructions, and wait her turn. I am enjoying helping her and watching her have lots of fun. Claire loves it too. She finds new things to get into every week. She can't wait till she can join in on the fun.

Morgan's 3rd Birthday

(I know I am almost a month behind with getting these up, but I did not want to go without sharing it.) Morgan's birthday was March 1st and it was on a Saturday, so we planned a birthday party for her that evening with pizza, salad, cake, and ice cream. Morgan loves castles so I found her a castle cake from Publix. She had a great time and loves all her presents. She wants to have a birthday party everyday now.

Easter egg hunt

We had a very busy weekend, but very fun. Teresa had a Easter party for the kids and it was so nice. The kids had lunch and then an easter egg hunt. There were lots of eggs for the kids and they had a blast running around finding them. It was so fun sharing the day with friends and watching all the kids have such a great time with each other. Claire was really enjoying the grass. She loved sitting in it, crawling in it, and of course eating it! Morgan ate too much chocolate and was wild the rest of the day.
